HIVE KNOWLEDGE: EVERYWHERE & OFTEN WRONG

Hive knowledge goes very wrong when such knowledge is proven to be obsolete, yet our fondness for that knowledge doesn’t allow us to make necessary changes at the time changes are called for. Every time I think I’m being unique and original, I find out someone has already been there and done it. Take for instance the phrase “hive knowledge”; never heard of it, or thought of it before till this morning, and then I thought; …..how original and interesting. I went and Googled it, and there it was; all out there, and not so original after all. Hive knowledge as I see it is any widely accepted understanding that a culture, or in a larger sense the world operates by as a given “go to” principle that you don’t even need think twice about it's correctness. Some examples of where we need to or have had to move away from hive knowledge gone wrong are: the thinking that the earth was flat with four corners—the sun revolved around the earth as the center of the universe—life before “the just shall live by faith reformation”— men doing things that man does, and call it works of God without a single believer objecting to such mass delusion—life before electricity, the automobile, telephone, or e=mc2.

A WORD TO THE HEARD ABOUT HIVE KNOWLEDGE

HIVE KNOWLEDGE GOES WRONG AND LEAVES YOU DEAD IN THE WATER

Sooner or later you'll will be asked to do things outside the bounds of logic and your ability to reason, and then there’s just no where for you to go if you can't be led by the Spirit of the Son of God. At this point you either lose your faith or reinvent it. For over two thousand years we have been using a reinvented faith that does not include the Lazarus raising resurrection power of God. There are just no logical calculations that show you how Jesus' miraculous works are done, but where we are led by the spirit of God in faith. It is they who are led by the spirit that are the sons of God, and the traditions of man cannot not allow that because their hive knowledge has gone wrong.

ONLY BY GOD’S LEADING ARE WE TRANSFORMED BEYOND MORTALITY

All throughout the old testament you hear references made to individuals as sons of men that are born of women; like David the son of Jessie, son of Obed: all of whom were generally referred to as children of Israel. When you come to the New Testament there is a change more glaring than the difference between night and day. Christians are referred to as sons/daughters of God, or children of God. In Old Testament era that designation would draw a death sentence for you. Not even Moses was designated, nor was it ever said of any of them that “all things are possible with them, as they are with God. That’s why Jesus said the least person in his kingdom is greater than Moses; he also knew the leaders of the church would “apostasize” and not operate in the kingdom principles he modeled for them, nor would they allow those that are led by them to do it because of their hive knowledge gone wrong. Jesus told them he was the son of God, and immediately found himself on death row: they gathered stones to stone him because they knew that to be God’s son made him what God is. Euphemisms are more mild or indirect way of saying something instead of the more blunt or direct way. For instance we are humans because we are sons and daughters of human parents; so we don’t have any problem saying we are human.

God says the same way it works in the natural relationship is the same way it works in the spiritual relationship; end of story. The scripture says as you have borne the human image of your earthly father, you have to bear the image of God from heaven your spiritual Father. A little more than a decade ago the line “YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH” was made famous in a blockbuster movie. This is a dramatic instance where our hive knowledge have gone grotesquely wrong but we still cling to it; and it show just how we cannot handle the truth that we are gods because that’s what God gave to us. Not only are we gods, but the work that we are called to do is to show that. Peter had earthly parents, but he also walked on water, and raised the dead. Though we are children of God, the tainted hive knowledge that we cling to won’t allow us to think of ourselves as what our heavenly parentage makes us in every other sane instance throughout creation. God can’t get anyone to acknowledge who we are, so he can’t get anyone to do his work. Instead of courageously struggling to handle the truth, we do men’s work and call it God’s work as if no one knows the difference.

WITH HIVE KNOWLEDGE GONE WRONG, YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH

God's perfect plan for you is not leadership by men, but by his spirit. Men bring traditions and limitations to the table and multiply their limitations unto you.

What do kings do? They epitomize leadership, and as the princes of the church, do exactly what God did not intend for you, but because we insisted on having kings, God allowed it even though he protested against it. He told Israel what the kings would do, and he also told the church what leadership by men would do. Being men, for lack of courage these leaders will insist on their mortality, and not operate like Jesus in ministry, (go into the kingdom of God) nor allow those who are led to go in either; they would remain as mere men in all their doing. There is only one link between God and man; Christ Jesus. They that are led by his spirit are sons of God. Kings, and leadership tell people what to do, and man being limited can only lead you to places of his limitations; his image limitations get stamped on you as you are led by him. God being without limits wanted to be the one who instructs us as his new creation in what to do in his limitless nature. People don’t generally go beyond where their leaders go, and that is where Micah the prophet cries: (Arise ye, and depart; for this (culture of man’s traditions making void the power of God) is not your rest(heritage): because it is polluted, it shall destroy you, even with a sore destruction)

HAVE NO KING BUT THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS

An ideal model of the church is one where the Holy Spirit leads all things. Reports of the proceedings at the Azusa Street Revival meetings at the turn of the 20th century showed the Holy Spirit moving through the audience leading one person to sing, or speak, and even play instruments that they had no training or previous skill at playing. Brother William Joseph Seymour was recognized as the nominal leader in charge. But we had no pope or hierarchy. We were “brethren.” We had no human program. The Lord Himself was leading. We had no priest class, nor priest craft. These things have come in later, with the “apostasizing” of the movement.

Such leading depends upon us having a transparent relationship with God. With a king we look to men, and need to have a script that details every aspect of a meeting instead of looking to God. Paul says, do what I do, and follow Christ; instead we stopped at Paul who had thorns in his flesh and told us plainly he wasn’t perfect but is striving for perfection. Aim for the “Son”…..Jesus who is undisputed perfection, if you miss and hit a star it’s not all bad, but if you start out aiming for the star you likelihood of hitting something lesser increases exponentially. God knew our inclinations, so he gave us all kinds of church leaders, and we blithely rejoice not realizing that this is no promotion, but a compromise.

WITHOUT A SENSE OF DIRECTION LIFE TAKES ON A MEANINGLESS CYCLE OF RUTINES.

When God is removed from the equation of your life, you wind up with Ecclesiastes 1:5-9—The sun rises and the sun sets, and hurries back to where it rises. The wind blows to the south and turns to the north; round and round it goes, ever returning on its course. All streams flow into the sea, yet the sea is never full. To the place the streams come from, there they return again. All things are wearisome, more than one can say. The eye never has enough of seeing, nor the ear its fill of hearing. What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun. IF YOU ARE IN CHRIST ALL THINGS BECOME BRAN NEW AND OLD THINGS ARE PASSED AWAY.

There are things people haven’t thought of yet in order to avoid situations where the hive knowledge goes wrong. I happen to have one such thought in mind now, but I’m sure it’s not a novelty in itself, cause it’s been around for thousands of years; however in this case it doesn’t matter that it is not a novelty in itself. There is a unique angle on this thought that actually makes it a novelty. It becomes a novelty because the first time in maybe two thousand years it is to be believed….if only by me. It’s calls to mind how everyone just knows you can’t pull King Author’s sword out of the stone cause you ain’t him; so you just keep moving on to the next realistic thing; no body believes this cause, this is one of those instances where the hive knowledge has gone horribly wrong.
