Even if it were the only real evidence of Christ in the believer’s heart that makes an even more ponderous case for doing what Christ tells us to do. We may love man our neighbor well enough, but the litmus test for our love to God is where we obey him.

John 14:21—He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. John 14:23—Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. Apart from the personal witness of a living savior in me these words of Jesus are and have proven my most reliable chain of proof for the indwelling Savior. I’m not prepared to swap that for man’s opinion. If the witness of man is believable the testimony of God immeasurably exceeds that of man.

Jesus did not ask us to do what man is able to do, for these things that Jesus asks us to do cannot be accomplished without the righteousness of the faith of God. That’s why it is not filthy rags because it involves God who does the works, and all the more reason it ought not to be dismissed as “cheap magician’s tricks, and vanity”. Jesus said that he must be about his Fathers business, and then directed us to do that same as he. Are you redefining the Father’s business to be “vanity—filthy rags”; because I can’t imagine after you have so labeled it, you would then attempt to go do it. It seems then the opprobrium of witchcraft and idolatry which by definition is disobeying, and resisting what is directly told repeatedly to us to do, cannot be the lesser of two evils.

WHAT GOOD IS ALTRUISTIC HUMANISM? Job 22:— 2 Can a man be profitable unto God, as he that is wise may be profitable unto himself? 3 Is it any pleasure to the Almighty, that thou art (SELF) righteous? or is it gain to him, that thou makest thy ways perfect? Job 35: 6 If thou sinnest , what doest thou against him? or if thy transgressions be multiplied, what doest thou unto him? 7 If thou be righteous, what givest thou him? or what receiveth he of thine hand? 8 Thy wickedness may hurt a man as thou art; and thy righteousness may profit the son of man.
The book of Job takes up the issue that you’ve raised of altruistic works that no faith beyond what compassionate atheists have in their ability as (man-helping-man) accomplishes. He can help his neighbor, but then the question is asked: what does the almighty get out of that faithless work of (man-helping-man)…which is basically humanism? man can either hurt or help his neighbor by acts of altruistic benevolence, but where God is left out of performing the doing of such things what aspect of that thing can be assigned to God that also could not be assigned to man as well. When we do that and call it God’s work we accuse God of doing works of man instead of man doing works of God which is what Jesus gave instructions to do. I do not understand why it is utterly necessary to enshroud all the works that Jesus requested that we do in clouds of pejoratives? I’d kind of think that’s the kind of thing that an enemy might resort to doing. Like denying that Christ came in the flesh is of such an offense to God, he asserts that only the anti-Christ would do that. Denying the truth of God runs a wide spectrum. Denying him in works when we defer to man’s traditions of humanism assures that the power of God is not represented in what man does. The power of God accomplishes things that nothing of man’s capabilities can do as when Jesus worked as we also being his disciples should. The power of God is not required where man plans to do what man does. Christ is the power of God that we do not require when we leave him out of his own works.

PLAYING THE LOVE CARD: “GET OUT OF JAIL FREE”

When pressed on the issue of the massive collapse in the area of the one thing that is prescribed by God to define and make them effective and garnish them favor around the world, instead of acknowledging any failing, the church deftly pulls the love card, and plays it like a master fiddler; as if it were the ‘get out of jail free card’ in Monopoly, and by doing so, everything Jesus told us to do is supposed to just go away. The idea being that we love everybody so that makes it ok for us not to demonstrate the power of God. A funny thing about this love, you should know; love being an act, whatever act they do to express love never goes beyond the boundary of man’s capability, whereas everything God told us to do goes far beyond man’s capabilities. This singular most defining aspect of the church’s life is treated as a non-issue in the church worldwide.


We don’t need to demonstrate the power of God because we love each other….we love everyone, and love is all you need. This is the church’s go-to ivory tower for copping out of Jesus’s command to continue doing his works in the ministry of reconciliation with signs following the preaching of the gospel. Where we fail to demonstrate the power of god; other powers assert themselves in the absence of God’s power being seen, and will advance where we withdraw. The church has inexplicably backed away from any effort to pursuing the demonstration of the power of God attending the preaching of the gospels as sings following; Satan has taken notice and quickened his pace in advancing where the church secedes from demonstrating the power of God.

Love and power are equally God, and are to be shown as such, not parsed out unequally according to our unbelief.

The sound mind that God has given to us in Christ constitutes the spirit of love, and power. The heart that doesn’t acknowledge God’s love, and power in equal strength is a broken heart, the mind that doesn’t acknowledge the love and power of God, on equal footing is mind of the lame. Yes God is love, and the church knows this, but like a child whose dysfunctional bond parental bond, doesn’t allow him know his parent with intimate clarity, the fact is hopelessly lost upon the church that not only is God love, he is in actuality equally power….he is power….he is love, and not to present a united front of love, and power is to be irreconcilably out of focus to the world. To do that is to present a to the world a form of godliness that denies the power of God. You then have a crisis of identity and confidence. You have bastards, masquerading as children.

Which parent in this modern day raises their child from a “love” only without any hardship perspective? NO ONE! The kingdom of God is in power and given to us; if you want it, it is to be taken by violence, …..not the bomb lobbing variety, but the smash- mouth all-on -the-line perservering type which today, we are not prepared to undertake in order to see the kingdom of God manifested….. Nobody uses the term bastards anymore, but God isn’t afraid to roll it out for Christians who can’t endure hardship like good soldiers. You don’t hear the term bastards used anymore in the world, and as the church has done throughout their past, taking their cue from the world; they don’t acknowledge the spirit of bastards, anymore, we just stamp over it with the necessary euphemisms and indulge in it where we shy away from enduring the hardship of taking the kingdom of God by this violence.

The healthy heart.

A healthy heart acknowledges both the love and power of God, practicing them in equal measure. In the ministry of reconciliation whose capacity is more effective, God’s or man’s. God says to that end he cannot tarry man, not for the sons of men, for their capacity is now up to the task of doing the work of God. Where we proceed in disobedience therefore in the ministry of reconciling the world without the requisite signs following the preaching, God says all the foundations of the earth remain out of alignment, and for our disobedience they are unaddressed though they groan in pain waiting for the manifestation of sons of god in us to be delivered. There are no Popes, or King Henry of the Chruch of England keeping the word from us and burning people at the sake, but there are spiritual wickedness in high places in the church setting arbitraty limits to what we can believe though God says all things are possible to them that believe.

Though the text is as plain as day they tell us no, no, no don’t believe what your lying eyes; it doesn’t mean that. Let we who are men tell you what it means…. what would God know anyway. They then proceed to hearken back to the very language in which the word of God was kept locked away form us in the first place, to bring forth their spin on the very thing very thing that is before you as plain as day….. don’t trust your lying eyes; trust our lying lips. They show you the dungeon from which you were liberated and you are supposed to just mosey on in. They have enough customers, so I guess it works often enough for them to continue doing it. I think I’d rather believe someone like Tynsdale, who put his life on the line, or rather at the stake, to which he was tied, strangled, and burnt for translating the old original cryptic language into our native language to nourish us, rather than trust someone tucked away in their intellectual ivory tower reeling out all kinds of endless clever spins on the word to guarantee their employment security as hirelings.

The spirit of the Dark Ages is as much alive today as a half a century ago. It is seen where though people have the Bibles in their hands this spiritual cankerworm of the faith prevents them from believing the very plain, clear things that are written for them. The Church had traditionally suppressed, opposed, and forbidden the open use of the Bible. It was first officially forbidden to the people and placed on the index of Forbidden Books List by the Council of Valencia in 1229 A.D. The Council of Trent (1545-63 A.D.) also prohibited its use and pronounced a curse upon anyone who would dare oppose this decree. Many popes have issued decrees forbidding Bible reading in the common language of the people, condemning Bible societies and banning its possession and translation under penalty of mortal sin and death. The Roman Catholic Church has openly burned Bibles and those who translated it or promoted its study, reading, and use. Today though people have the Bible the darkness of the age prevents them from believing

That the church could possibly have survived over 1500 years of nothing short of draconian cannibalization, even in the present shadow of it’s former glory, speaks volumes of it’s proven permanence. Let no one think for a second that there are not dire repercussions, and rippled effects wrought by the epic scale of terrible violence leveled against the true body of Christ over such a protracted length of time. A man crossing the road, getting hit by a semi-trailer, even if grazed by it, he is likely to suffer blunt force trauma. Well the church has taken a direct hit in this regard. The collective psyche of the body bears the fruit of the proof, still having critical areas that are yet out of focus, that it hasn’t quite recovered yet.

At the onset of this wave of cannibalization, the healthy body of Christ that used to do all the reconciliation ministry works of Jesus: raising loved ones from the dead, all other manner of miracles did succumb to forces of the darkness, and remained so for the duration of the Dark Ages.

Well the church has taken a direct hit, and it’s collective psyche bears fruits in evidence of such a trauma, still having critical areas that are yet out of focus.

If the healthy church succumbed to the forces of the Dark Ages, those Dark Ages having come to an end, it is clear to see that the church that emerged, is not the one that existed before, but one that survived, having succumbed to those forces; and that’s the very reason it isn’t functioning as the church Jesus left, hence all the contradictions.

Actions have to be consistent with belief.

You believe Jesus is coming back soon and you waited this long to tell me?.….GET OUT OF HERE!

Recently had an enlightening conversation with a friend who recounted her experience during a ministry outing. An old man answered the door she knocked at and wasn’t too eager to accept the literature she offered him along with her invitation to the church’s community outreach effort. He sharply examined her with some pointed questions from which she has difficulty maintaining her bearing. So Jesus is coming back soon? He sneered; not even you could possibly believe this. Of course I do, she replied. He closed the conversation by a final jab: “you believe that and you waited this long to come and tell me…..now get out or here”. Upon that, he slammed the door shut, ending that interview. When our actions do not correspond with our thinking, it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Motivated! No problems meeting the enemy on any terms.

Men do not move over for other men, but they do for God. When they saw the power of God, Israel’s enemies had no more fight left in them. We are supposed to possess our possession; the world is given to us. The heart that doesn’t acknowledge God’s love, and power in equal strength is a broken heart, the mind that doesn’t acknowledge the love and power of God, on equal footing is mind of the lame. Like as the legs of the lame that are not equal: so is the truth of God’s word in the mouth of people who don’t believe God. All their ways are unstable. For instance: where they say they love God, and walk in love; they then deny the power of God, by walking in disobedience, in that they do not manifest forth the kingdom of God in power, neither care to do it as Jesus demonstrated for us to do. God’s very definition of love hinges upon our hearing and doing his word whereby his love is then perfected in us; that definition says that we are false, our love is not perfect, and our confession is contradicted in our lack of obedience. Jesus is the perfect will of God, he also is the word of God. When you keep the word, who is Jesus; the love of God who is also Jesus is perfected in us….we are perfected in Jesus; ….perfectly Jesus in God’s eyes. If you look at the perfect will of God in the word when he reveals it to you, and you walk away and do not do it, not only will you become of focus, you will totally forget who you are.

The church has come to find the challenge of manifesting the power of God too daunting, requiring too much violent effort so, their solution is to simply: ignore in disobedience, or slip into denial by deceitfully misinterpreting the clearly issued—acted-out-by-Christ’s-demonstrations-for-you-to-understand-without-fail command. Martin Luther, one of the luminaries of the church remorms coming out of the Dark Ages who himself put his life on the line warned: we are not only responsible for what we say but what we fail to say. We are responsible for not delivering God’s work in it’s full strength. Jesus advanced the obvious plain-as-the-nose-on-your-face truth expressed in Psalm 84 the we are gods because we are children of God. Not only has the church declined to declare that potent word, but has gone to great lengths to change the menning. As Jesus put it forth in it’s strentht this truth so offended the listeners in the first instance they picked up stones to kill him by stoning, in the second instance, 90% of the church left him leaving the core group of deciples who themselves wondered, aaaaaaahhhhhhh, where can we go, only you have the words of eternal life. Jesus didn’t keep this secret from them; most likely the reason they were able to act like Jesus in his ministry is because Jesus had more time to make this clear by further elaboration, as well as many other demonstrations where the wondered among themselves at him saying “what manner of man it this….(we humans don’t do these thing, it’s against the laws of nature and the elements of the world as we know it”). These are the things that Jesus told us to do.

THE FORGOTTEN MANNER OF MAN: A Crysis Of Identity”

If no man can, or has ever seen God, nor can ever approach him, yet he now invites us to do so in Christ that should be to us singular signal to us that there is way more to us than meets the eye. Jesus disciples looked at each other in bewilderment, asking: “what manner of man is this that even the wind and the waves obey him. Jesus looked at them as to say to them: you know, you could have done the same thing. He asked them “where is your faith” The things that are possible with Jesus are now possible with us; it is expected of us, even greater things. We need only remember what manner of men we are.

James 1:22-24 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only (25 …who looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer), deceiving your own selves. 23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way , and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.


Forgetting God is self-deception, a crysis of identity: forgetting the manner of man that you are; for you are what he is…the living visible image of the invisible God “

Adam disobeyed God and consequently fell, he forgot what manner of man he was that used to keep company with God. This disobedience is an act of refusing to reflect the clear image of God; it is entering into self-deception, forgetting God, the manner of man that you are.

Disobedience causes us to forget who we are; to totally loose focus, forgetting who God is. It causes he image of God becomes out of focus in us.. It presupposes that we had opportunity to be instructed through the word; …to see ourselves in the word. To then walk away from such instructions and not do it, we become as a man that forgets who he is; textbook definition of dyslectic dysfunctional personality identity crisis. When we disobey god we play a trick on ourselves. When Adam disobeyed God and consequently fell, he forgot what manner of man he was that used to keep company with God. Not only did Adam forget, but we his children are now born without that knowledge. If you believe the scriptures you know that: (1 Tim. 6:16 — (God) only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and power); yet God and Adam used to regularly be in the company of each other. Two thousand years ago God perfected and implemented his plan that allows you and I to now enjoy that same fellowship that existed between them before Adam fell.

Take a GOD Look

Let the children of men strive with their fathers, who themselves are but men; but concerning the things appointed for my sons who are gods, let them ask me; then let them direct the hand of God to perform all the things I’ve appointed for them in the ministry of reconciling the world that I have left to them to do. They are my workmanship, and shall perform my pleasure, whom I have appointed to give counsel to me; therefore do they have my mind given to them in Christ Jesus.

What Can Separate You? NOTHING!”

Moses reflected that God spoke to them out of his great fire on Mt. Sinai, and gave to them only ten commandments; and added no more, yet we have added 603 for a grand total of 613 degrees of separation to keep us at a distance from God who wants to be close to us, his own kind who will not receive him, or acknowledge him as such.

To look at God is to know and be reminded what manner of man you are, because it is in his image you are made, and all that you are is defined by all that he is. The experience of sin has the power to rob us of our identity in God, it makes us forget about that part of us that is not just like God, God identifies that part of us as himself, yet it is we. This image is expressed into us from out of God in the essence of his breath or spirit, for that is what God is…..spirit. The spirit of God was expressed into Adam as a mother expresses milk to nourish the child she gives birth to. The trinity is said to be three persons as one God, well if all several billion current occupants of earth chose to be in Christ, it would not increase the godhead by one more than it is and has always been.

What the scripture shows clearly is that for all the mighty works he did; when he came back to his home town, he could there do no mighty miracles because of the doubtful skeptical spirit of those in his home town. The same is true of the last 42 generations of “believers”. None of the mighty works of Jesus has been possible for the same reason he could do nothing where he lived in Nazareth. We are all responsible for he kind of home we provide for Jesus; mine will be such home where he is quite at home doing all his mighty miracles and even greater works. The works of man are distinctly different from the works of man. This you can know by comparing what Jesus did and what what the last 42 generations have ; even atheists can do the altruistic compassionate works of humanism that soup-kitchen Christianity does without the power of God in evidence. There is a reason the bush burned but was not consumed before Mosses. The power of God does not depend on the fuel of natural resources and the power of God in not seen in works of altruistic humanism that showcases human efforts and needs not the power of God to accomplish. What is seen instead is another form of godliness. Christ is the power of God put forth to do the works of God. God is interested in showing Jesus to the world, and this Jesus is the Power of God that he told us to demonstrate, like he told Moses to demonstrate certain things in the courts of Egypt. We are ashamed of he power of God for the previous 40 generations, so we cannot inherit the glory of God to which we are called, and the world has taken notice of our failure.

Impressive though our human skills may be in helping us to accomplish what humans are known to do, none of our unbelievable human skills great as they are, can help you walk on water? Peter walked on water raised the dead and the skills that were on the résumé of the disciples and Jesus their master included many such things. This is the manner of life that God offers to us in Christ Jesus. They are not to be seen as cheap magicians trick but engage the powers of darkness to set the foundations of the world to right again. The faith of the sons of God is what is required to do this; by this faith we can be in this world as Jesus not just in name but in power; for the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power demonstrated to deliver from things that confound physicians.

You can enter heaven as an infant of days, but you cannot do the works of God as a child in understanding. Children drink milk, but strong meat is for the mature believer, and no one is asking for strong meat; no one seems to have the stomach for it. When Jesus said you have to eat my flesh and drink by blood; the entire church got up and left him except for the small circle of his immediate disciples. To the extent that we follow their example the clergy will not enter the kingdom of God nor will you, if you follow them. All things that are done in the kingdom of God are done as a result of God putting forth his power to accomplish it. No amount of human effort can accomplish anything that is done in the kingdom. When you look at strong meat, it appears as something offensive on the surface: cannibalism in this case, or heresy, even blasphemy for wanting to assume your God given privilege. That’s why no decent, self-respecting human is going to do go there. Are you kidding me….speaking to storms, and winds, and the waves of the sea • calling dead people back to life • walking on water • feeding thousands with few fish and loaves of bread • talking to trees, and mountains • making water out of wine • I mean…come-on…give me a break, there are no such things as demons or spirits—and we are supposed to know all things cause we have the mind of Christ—to boot no less? Those however who respect God have no problem with it; God-respecting people are who can enter into the kingdom.

The depth of our self-delusion and inability in fallen human to see the truth, runs in channels that are cut ponderously deep. Just more strong meat for consideration, that the body has no belly for: Jesus said just so that you may know that the Son of man has power on earth to forgive sins, I now tell this man get up, and be made whole form his lifelong affliction. So doing the crowd gasped in horror…who else but God has power to for give sins; what is this man up to? The scripture reveals that the sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. When you are stung by death, you are going to die unless you remove that sting.

Those who are the sons of God, are sons because according to the gospel of John they have received power to become sons. Among those powers is the power to forgive sins and not just sins of people who have offended them, but as imitators of Jesus, just as Jesus forgives sins, he has given us power to remove this sting. Whosoever sins you forgive, they are forgiven; and those whose sins ye retain they remain. This will appear most shocking to minds who have never contemplated the reality of Jesus’ request that we raise the dead as a consequence of believing on him. We forget that it is not we who are living anymore in our mortal bodies, but the very Jesus who told us to do it that is living now in us…IT IS NOT ABOUT US ANY MORE….THE LAST MEMO ANNOUNCED—(if you believe it)—WE ARE DEAD, AND CHRIST NOW LIVES IN YOU….THAT’S WHY IT IS POSSIBLE TO FORGIVE SINS. This is crucial because forgiving sins is tantamount to removing the sting of death, and if you cannot remove the sting of death you cannot prevent nor reverse the effect of death. Once death stings you, it send out it’s feelers well beyond the reach of the grave to handle you in life; limiting your liberties, diminishing your health as it handles you with its cruel tentacles of diseases until it finally draws you into one last cruel embrace to the grave.

When they say to the temple be built, God says I will do it; when they to the foundations be laid down, and to the decayed places be raised up: God says I will perform the doing of those things. Jesus said all the mighty miracles that he did, he did not do them of himself, but whatsoever he saw his Father doing, that is what he does and the Father will show us greater things that we will do as well as all the mighty works he had done in his three years of ministry.

If those people standing right there within earshot of Jesus when he spoke missed the message; do you suppose that we who are 2000 years removed somehow have a better grasp on it? Well if that’s the case, answer me this; why then is no one doing what he asked those who profess to believe him to do: which is all the mighty works that he did in his three years of ministry. Jesus has every right to expect us to do what he did and even greater works because he plainly told us that he did none of those mighty works, but what he saw the Father doing in heaven, he echoed that on earth, being the perfect image of our Father who is willing to show us the same things that he showed to Jesus and greater even things. What is required on our part is the faith of a child. Just believe instead of getting frozen in the trap of analysis paralysis.

People are always giving God a bad rap for all the evil that goes on in the world. If we are going to blame God we should be willing to share in the blame as well because he says that whatever he could do he has made it possible for we who believe in him to do it as well. Job 22:30 says, if you acquaint yourself with the Lord you shall deliver the island of the innocent: and it is delivered by the pureness of thine hands. You shall decree a thing and it shall come to pass. We have Jesus who in the beginning was the word, and was made flesh. Herod thought he was John Baptist come back to life and others thought he was Elijah because of the mighty works that showed forth themselves in him and according to Jesus those works are to show forth themselves in us as well. Today however instead of showing forth those works, Christians do works of altruistic humanism that atheists can do by simple human efforts. Nothing of the works Jesus did could be accomplished in that way, which is a damning revelation on the state of Christian faith in the Western church culture. Is it an exaggeration where Jesus asks: will I find faith on earth when I return, and he is soon to return so the question is answered in the negative today.

The place that we keep our treasures is in our hearts. That’s the place where we hold the things that are most valued to us and they are constantly in our mouths as we talk about them. We talk about what we believe in. Job said he esteemed the word of God more than his necessary food, because man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God. The things that are in our hearts should be in our mouths and that is the word of God…heart to mouth living. As we keep the word of God we cannot help but to speak it and speaking the word of God makes us the messengers of God. God says he confirms those words that his messengers speak and performs the council of his servant.

Where we are instructed to go and heal those we encounter in the way, and tell them that the kingdom of God is near; Jesus is having us pass out samples of the power of the world to come. Today however with the singular exception of salvation, we put off everything of the kingdom God that is given, deferring them to a future time, and a world that is to come, and only offer words as comfort to a suffering world. Jesus clearly sent message to John before he was executed saying: tell John the gospel is preached to the poor, and the dead like Lazarus are raised (to the comfort of they who would have suffered that loss). Jesus himself said: that you may be assured of sins forgiven, I say to the sick of the palsy; arise and be made whole. Demonstrated power witnesses of the kingdom of God that is to come, not words

The kingdom of God is within us, and that field represents our hearts. In this way you can get an idea about what people think about the kingdom of God by how much they talk about it; bearing in mind the kingdom of God is represented by the things Jesus sent his disciples out to do and having done it, tell those for whom such things were done that the kingdom of God is near to them; meaning the world where these things are the prevailing conditions is coming to earth, but for now such conditions are provided in measure, by Jesus and his disciples. Since a man’s money are supposed to be in the things he is talking about.

The works that Jesus asks the church to do makes them the panacea of the world, but they inexplicably walk away from it to do works of altruistic humanism that even Atheists can do without the power of God.

Busy ineffectiveness is just a step above apathy, but for all intents and purposes it still doesn’t measure up to what Jesus asked us to do. Without faith…specifically faith that is informed by love it is impossible to please God, and that includes works that are done without faith or as well as those done with faith in means other than the one God prescribed. We could even go so far as to give our bodies to be burnt, and we will still suffer loss because such faith was not driven by love, and the definition of that love is where God knows it is love because it is done in obedience to his directions. Disobedience is the opposite of love, and we the church have not yet obeyed the Lord where he commanded us to do the works that he himself did in the day of his flesh. We complain often about how the rich could end world hunger, and cure much of the world’s ills if they were less selfish with their resources. Jesus left power in the hands of the church to do that, but they are too resigned to cowardice and fear to follow through. People are starting to look around at the Christian faith and are asking some searching questions about what we are doing.

Over the last several decades they have torn prayer and any spiritual expressions from out of the schools and public life of America so that even the nativity is a pariah in towns of America, produced the greatest killing fields in abortion than all the wars fought by humanity from the dawn of his inception, created doctrines of evolution that have swallow the world apostasy and chased Christianity from the public forums around the globe. Almost any of the worlds major religions are accepted and respected at face value, but Christianity is derided at every corner and every opportunity. Well when we look in the mirror and do not do what Jesus told us to do as he had done we have forgotten the manner of man that we are….that is the manner of man that this same Jesus is. The reason the life that Christians have is called resurrection life is not because they believe in someone who is supposed to be dead, but because they do what Jesus who was dead use to do, to show that he is alive in them. When we read the word of God it says we are supposed to do what we hear and read the instructions saying to us to do, and if we don’t we deceive ourselves and forget what manner of man we were. As we look at scripture, we see Jesus working miracles and telling us to do likewise , and we were supposed to make necessary adjustments so the word could become flesh again in us by living in our flesh, but we walked away and forget that we are supposed to be Jesus in the works we do. When the world sees us they are supposed to take a second look and be impressed that we are Jesus come back form the dead because of the mighty works that show forth themselves in us. That is what resurrection life means; Jesus living in us so it is not we who live anymore, but Jesus living in us and continuing to do what he did in his three years of ministry on earth.

Our works are supposed to follow us not...fall-on-us, and those are to be borrowed from Jesus’ capabilities to produce his works in our generation. That trusting in God’s supply of power by Jesus is the works that are to follow. Whatsoever is not of faith is sin and no sin can enter heaven. If our works are not showcased in the gallery of what Jesus did and told us to do we run the risk of suffering great loss because it was not of faith, but where we trusted in our human abilities to do only what even unbelievers can do without Jesus, the power of God.

Faith comes by hearing the word of God, and is passed on from faith to faith, form one generation to the next generation. Disciples should be as their masters but there is an open and I might say bogus acknowledgment that nobody can be like Jesus…..HELLO!! Jesus’ 12 disciples were like him; they did the same work. I suppose now the argument might arise: well, nobody can be like Jesus’ disciples? If disciples cannot be as their masters…as they should, they will continue making disciples after themselves; all new converts will be made like themselves instead of the masters image. I AM UNWILLING TO WAIT ANOTHER 100 YEAR TO DO WHAT 2000 YEARS AGO JESUS TOLD US TO DO; AND THAT WAS NOT TO JUST GO AND PREACH THE GOSPEL, BECAUSE THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NOT IN WORD BUT IN POWER: AND THAT POWER IS JESUS WITHOUT WHOM WE HAVE ONLY THE APPEARANCE, OR JUST ANOTHER FORM OF GODLINESS.

The common lay person is beginning to awaken to the gross lapse in the kind of ministry that Jesus demonstrated and what it has devolved into in the hands of these physicians of no value.

At first the leaders told the world that it was unlawful for them to read the word of God, and now the would tell you it is unlawful to speak the word of God

What do you suspect is going to happen if you chance speak the word or God? Are you going to go up in a puff of smoke or experience a veil lifting from your faculties that prevented you from grasping spiritual truths beyond saving grace. The word of God is like a seed which if you don’t sow it, it can never produce after its kind in us the life of God that we should have. If you want to sow the work of God you have to say the word of God.We need to find out how these things are true and how to say them to honor God instead of men. God said if you ask for wisdom he will give it to you and not brow beat you down with insults.

WHO TOLD US THAT WE COULDN’T SAY THESE THINGS? It wasn’t God.
It was the same people who’s been leading us, and have lived in disobedience to the expressed will of God over 2000 years now. If you believe what men say, then what God says is of greater force, and deserves infinitely greater respect. When we refuse to do what God tells us to do we deceive ourselves, and rob ourselves of God’s glory which we are called to inherit as his sons. The church is based on the foundation that we who believe in Jesus are the sons of God as well as Jesus.

Philippians 3:3 says that we are the circumcision who worship God in spirit and have no confidence in doing things according to human ability. Well if not in human ability what other ability then do we have confidence in to do all things. We are to do things the way Christ does them but if we are honest, all our confidence is squarely in our human abilities when we do things. Think for a moment what was the last thing you did just the way Jesus did them when he ministered on earth? Hive knowledge will never allow us to operate on the level of Jesus in ministry, that’s why we have to break with hive knowledge, because it has gone wrong, and there is no heart to moth living.
