When we stand for God he does the walking for us. The works of God are not according to (feats) of human efforts. Who called the righteous man to his foot, and led him by a way he had not gone with his feet? God is the one who called the Abraham righteous man that believed God. He called Abraham to his foot; got him ready to travel, but led him by a way he went not with his feet (where no human feet can go)—a city with foundation whose builder and maker was God. Only one city by that description—the heavenly Jerusalem, build by God for Abraham’s seed; not seeds as in many, but seed as in one, Jesus…. that singular seed with whom we are joint heirs to inherit all things of God. A man works hard for his money, but it is by the fruit of his lips that a man shall live good; for life and death are in the power of the tongue.

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a lamp unto my paths, by which I ran through a troop and leaped over a wall— It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect. 33 He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and setteth me upon my high places. 34 He teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms. 35 Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath holden me up , and thy gentleness hath made me great . 36 Thou hast enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip . 37 I have pursued mine enemies , and overtaken them: neither did I turn again till they were consumed . 38 I have wounded them that they were not able to rise : they are fallen under my feet. 39 For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle: thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me.

Abraham inherited the things God gave to him: he inherited the nations becoming the father of many nations • he ruled over kings through the seed that was to be born to him (The King of Kings) and ruler of the nations & made us to reign in life as kings and priests unto God • all opposition was given like dust to his sword, and as chaff to his bow for God made strong the arms of his hands by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob—no weapon fashioned against us can prosper • he pursued them and passed safely by a way his human feet did not walk.

All these things were accomplished by faith in believing God to do what he promised to do. They are done not according to what we see, but what we say by the light of God’s word, because your mouth is what handles the word not your eyes. The power of life and death are in the tongue. God called Abraham to his foot, but not for him to walk. He says to us, having done all…..stand. Stand still and see the salvation of God who does the work for which we believe him to be faithful in performing the doing of those things. When God’s servant say to the temple be built, God says I will do it; when they to the foundations be laid down, and to the decayed places be raised up: God says I will perform the doing of those things. Two places were appointed in Israel to stand, and pronounce either blessings or cursings; to proclaim on Mount Gerizim the blessings, and on Mount Ebal the curses.

Jesus said all the mighty miracles that he did, he did not do them of himself, but whatsoever he saw his Father doing, that is what he does and the Father will show us greater things that we will do as well as all the mighty works he had done in his three years of ministry. God is to show all things of Jesus by revelations as he showed Jesus all things he was doing. As these things are shown to us we are to stand (in spirit) in Jesus and say these things so God can perform them according to our faith. Jesus instructed his disciples to bring no script with them, much as Abraham was not to go the way God was to lead him with his feet. We the seed of Abraham are come that heavenly city built by God and we cannot go there by our feet but by faith now we are to go there to receive and speak the things of Jesus that God gives to us.

Isaiah 28:11 For (speaking in tongues) with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. 12 To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. To go to the city of Angels you speak with tongues of angels, and go their in spirit; for angels are spirit. Paul says when I speak in tongues I build up my spirit.

Though there will be a great many voices of contradiction against these things being done, God says I will bring down the noise of these strangers like subduing the blistering heat in a dry place by the shadow of a cloud so you can receive strength to prevail; be strong in the Lord therefore and in the power of his might.

Isaiah 41: Keep silence before me, O islands; and let the people renew their strength: let them come near; then let them speak: let us come near together to judgment. 2 Who raised up the righteous man from the east, called him to his foot, gave the nations before him, and made him rule over kings? At one point in the Psalm 77 the author reported he was so troubled he couldn’t speak. Most of us know that as the noise in your head; you just want to shout “TURN DOWN THE NOISE”. The scripture reveals Jesus as a hiding place from the windy storm and tempest of life when the enemy comes in like a flood Isaiah 32:—And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land. Isaiah 25:— O LORD, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. 2 For thou hast made of a city an heap; of a defenced city a ruin: a palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built . 3 Therefore shall the strong people glorify thee, the city of the terrible nations shall fear thee. 4 For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall. 5 Thou shalt bring down the noise of strangers , as the heat in a dry place; even the heat with the shadow of a cloud: the branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low . 6 And in this mountain shall the LORD of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow , of wines on the lees well refined . 7 And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations.

Impressive though our human skills may be in helping us to accomplish what humans are known to do, none of our unbelievable human skills great as they are, can help you walk on water? Peter walked on water raised the dead and the skills that were on the résumé of the disciples and Jesus their master included many such things. This is the manner of life that God offers to us in Christ Jesus. They are not to be seen as cheap magicians trick but engage the powers of darkness to set the foundations of the world to right again. The faith of the sons of God is what is required to do this; by this faith we can be in this world as Jesus not just in name but in power; for the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power demonstrated to deliver from things that confound physicians.

You can enter heaven as an infant of days, but you cannot do the works of God as a child in understanding. Children drink milk, but strong meat is for the mature believer, and no one is asking for strong meat; no one seems to have the stomach for it. When Jesus said you have to eat my flesh and drink by blood; the entire church got up and left him except for the small circle of his immediate disciples. To the extent that we follow their example the clergy will not enter the kingdom of God nor will you, if you follow them. All things that are done in the kingdom of God are done as a result of God putting forth his power to accomplish it. No amount of human effort can accomplish anything that is done in the kingdom. When you look at strong meat, it appears as something offensive on the surface: cannibalism in this case, or heresy, even blasphemy for wanting to assume your God given privilege. That’s why no decent, self-respecting human is going to do go there. Are you kidding me….speaking to storms, and winds, and the waves of the sea • calling dead people back to life • walking on water • feeding thousands with few fish and loaves of bread • talking to trees, and mountains • making water out of wine • I mean…come-on…give me a break, there are no such things as demons or spirits—and we are supposed to know all things cause we have the mind of Christ—to boot no less? Those however who respect God have no problem with it; God-respecting people are who can enter into the kingdom.

The depth of our self-delusion and inability in fallen human to see the truth, runs in channels that are cut ponderously deep. Just more strong meat for consideration, that the body has no belly for: Jesus said just so that you may know that the Son of man has power on earth to forgive sins, I now tell this man get up, and be made whole form his lifelong affliction. So doing the crowd gasped in horror…who else but God has power to for give sins; what is this man up to? The scripture reveals that the sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. When you are stung by death, you are going to die unless you remove that sting.

Those who are the sons of God, are sons because according to the gospel of John they have received power to become sons. Among those powers is the power to forgive sins and not just sins of people who have offended them, but as imitators of Jesus, just as Jesus forgives sins, he has given us power to remove this sting. Whosoever sins you forgive, they are forgiven; and those whose sins ye retain they remain. This will appear most shocking to minds who have never contemplated the reality of Jesus’ request that we raise the dead as a consequence of believing on him. We forget that it is not we who are living anymore in our mortal bodies, but the very Jesus who told us to do it that is living now in us…IT IS NOT ABOUT US ANY MORE….THE LAST MEMO ANNOUNCED—(if you believe it)—WE ARE DEAD, AND CHRIST NOW LIVES IN YOU….THAT’S WHY IT IS POSSIBLE TO FORGIVE SINS. This is crucial because forgiving sins is tantamount to removing the sting of death, and if you cannot remove the sting of death you cannot prevent nor reverse the effect of death. Once death stings you, it send out it’s feelers well beyond the reach of the grave to handle you in life; limiting your liberties, diminishing your health as it handles you with its cruel tentacles of diseases until it finally draws you into one last cruel embrace to the grave.

If those people standing right there within earshot of Jesus when he spoke missed the message; do you suppose that we who are 2000 years removed somehow have a better grasp on it? Well if that’s the case, answer me this; why then is no one doing what he asked those who profess to believe him to do: which is all the mighty works that he did in his three years of ministry. Jesus has every right to expect us to do what he did and even greater works because he plainly told us that he did none of those mighty works, but what he saw the Father doing in heaven, he echoed that on earth, being the perfect image of our Father who is willing to show us the same things that he showed to Jesus and greater even things. What is required on our part is the faith of a child. Just believe instead of getting frozen in the trap of analysis paralysis.

People are always giving God a bad rap for all the evil that goes on in the world. If we are going to blame God we should be willing to share in the blame as well because he says that whatever he could do he has made it possible for we who believe in him to do it as well. Job 22:30 says, if you acquaint yourself with the Lord you shall deliver the island of the innocent: and it is delivered by the pureness of thine hands. You shall decree a thing and it shall come to pass. We have Jesus who in the beginning was the word, and was made flesh. Herod thought he was John Baptist come back to life and others thought he was Elijah because of the mighty works that showed forth themselves in him and according to Jesus those works are to show forth themselves in us as well. Today however instead of showing forth those works, Christians do works of altruistic humanism that atheists can do by simple human efforts. Nothing of the works Jesus did could be accomplished in that way, which is a damning revelation on the state of Christian faith in the Western church culture. Is it an exaggeration where Jesus asks: will I find faith on earth when I return, and he is soon to return so the question is answered in the negative today.

The place that we keep our treasures is in our hearts. That’s the place where we hold the things that are most valued to us and they are constantly in our mouths as we talk about them. We talk about what we believe in. Job said he esteemed the word of God more than his necessary food, because man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God. The things that are in our hearts should be in our mouths and that is the word of God…heart to mouth living. As we keep the word of God we cannot help but to speak it and speaking the word of God makes us the messengers of God. God says he confirms those words that his messengers speak and performs the council of his servant.

Where we are instructed to go and heal those we encounter in the way, and tell them that the kingdom of God is near; Jesus is having us pass out samples of the power of the world to come. Today however with the singular exception of salvation, we put off everything of the kingdom God that is given, deferring them to a future time, and a world that is to come, and only offer words as comfort to a suffering world. Jesus clearly sent message to John before he was executed saying: tell John the gospel is preached to the poor, and the dead like Lazarus are raised (to the comfort of they who would have suffered that loss). Jesus himself said: that you may be assured of sins forgiven, I say to the sick of the palsy; arise and be made whole. Demonstrated power witnesses of the kingdom of God that is to come, not words

The kingdom of God is within us, and that field represents our hearts. In this way you can get an idea about what people think about the kingdom of God by how much they talk about it; bearing in mind the kingdom of God is represented by the things Jesus sent his disciples out to do and having done it, tell those for whom such things were done that the kingdom of God is near to them; meaning the world where these things are the prevailing conditions is coming to earth, but for now such conditions are provided in measure, by Jesus and his disciples. Since a man’s money are supposed to be in the things he is talking about.

The works that Jesus asks the church to do makes them the panacea of the world, but they inexplicably walk away from it to do works of altruistic humanism that even Atheists can do without the power of God.

Busy ineffectiveness is just a step above apathy, but for all intents and purposes it still doesn’t measure up to what Jesus asked us to do. Without faith…specifically faith that is informed by love it is impossible to please God, and that includes works that are done without faith or as well as those done with faith in means other than the one God prescribed. We could even go so far as to give our bodies to be burnt, and we will still suffer loss because such faith was not driven by love, and the definition of that love is where God knows it is love because it is done in obedience to his directions. Disobedience is the opposite of love, and we the church have not yet obeyed the Lord where he commanded us to do the works that he himself did in the day of his flesh. We complain often about how the rich could end world hunger, and cure much of the world’s ills if they were less selfish with their resources. Jesus left power in the hands of the church to do that, but they are too resigned to cowardice and fear to follow through. People are starting to look around at the Christian faith and are asking some searching questions about what we are doing.

Over the last several decades they have torn prayer and any spiritual expressions from out of the schools and public life of America so that even the nativity is a pariah in towns of America, produced the greatest killing fields in abortion than all the wars fought by humanity from the dawn of his inception, created doctrines of evolution that have swallow the world apostasy and chased Christianity from the public forums around the globe. Almost any of the worlds major religions are accepted and respected at face value, but Christianity is derided at every corner and every opportunity. When the disciples saw Jesus working they were amazed and asked themselves: what manner of man is this? Well when we look in the mirror and do not do what Jesus told us to do as he had done we have forgotten the manner of man that we are….that is the manner of man that this same Jesus is. The reason the life that Christians have is called resurrection life is not because they believe in someone who is supposed to be dead, but because they do what Jesus who was dead use to do, to show that he is alive in them. When we read the word of God it says we are supposed to do what we hear and read the instructions saying to us to do, and if we don’t we deceive ourselves and forget what manner of man we were. As we look at scripture, we see Jesus working miracles and telling us to do likewise , and we were supposed to make necessary adjustments so the word could become flesh again in us by living in our flesh, but we walked away and forget that we are supposed to be Jesus in the works we do. When the world sees us they are supposed to take a second look and be impressed that we are Jesus come back form the dead because of the mighty works that show forth themselves in us. That is what resurrection life means; Jesus living in us so it is not we who live anymore, but Jesus living in us and continuing to do what he did in his three years of ministry on earth.

Our works are supposed to follow us not...fall-on-us, and those are to be borrowed from Jesus’ capabilities to produce his works in our generation. That trusting in God’s supply of power by Jesus is the works that are to follow. Whatsoever is not of faith is sin and no sin can enter heaven. If our works are not showcased in the gallery of what Jesus did and told us to do we run the risk of suffering great loss because it was not of faith, but where we trusted in our human abilities to do only what even unbelievers can do without Jesus, the power of God.

Disciples should be as their masters but there is an open and I might say bogus acknowledgment that nobody can be like Jesus…..HELLO!! Jesus’ 12 disciples were like him; they did the same work. I suppose now the argument might arise: well, nobody can be like Jesus’ disciples? If disciples cannot be as their masters…as they should, they will continue making disciples after themselves; all new converts will be made like themselves instead of the masters image. Jesus warned of this; where leaders do not enter into the kingdom of God, but cross land and sea to evangelize, and make the new converts twice the child of hell as they.

I AM UNWILLING TO WAIT ANOTHER 100 YEAR TO DO WHAT 2000 YEARS AGO JESUS TOLD US TO DO; AND THAT WAS NOT TO JUST GO AND PREACH THE GOSPEL, BECAUSE THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NOT IN WORD BUT IN POWER: AND THAT POWER IS JESUS WITHOUT WHOM WE HAVE ONLY THE APPEARANCE, OR JUST ANOTHER FORM OF GODLINESS.

The common lay person is beginning to awaken to the gross lapse in the kind of ministry that Jesus demonstrated and what it has devolved into in the hands of these physicians of no value.

Do we honestly believe that Jesus’ Incarnation, Crucifixion, Resurrection and Glorification and our Baptism with the Holy Spirit all happened so that we could be one of many organizations that help people? At first the leaders told the world that it was unlawful for them to read the word of God, and now the would tell you it is unlawful to speak the word of God

What do you suspect is going to happen if you chance speak the word or God? Are you going to go up in a puff of smoke or experience a veil lifting from your faculties that prevented you from grasping spiritual truths beyond saving grace. The word of God is like a seed which if you don’t sow it, it can never produce after its kind in us the life of God that we should have. If you want to sow the work of God you have to say the word of God.We need to find out how these things are true and how to say them to honor God instead of men. God said if you ask for wisdom he will give it to you and not brow beat you down with insults.

Whoever now lives in you therefore, is not you anymore, but it is God…God is God and he is in you; because you being old in Adam, are passed away with old things. Having passed away, you are dead, yet still you are living as Christ, and Christ is God; but there is a gag order and you can’t say that?

The foundation of the church is based on the confession that Jesus is the Son of God, and so are you because you believe on his finished work that makes it so.

All God’s possessions belong to God

God told us that we are gods
God cannot lie, so we must be————

WHO TOLD US THAT WE COULDN’T SAY THESE THINGS? It wasn’t God.
It was the same people who’s been leading us, and have lived in disobedience to the expressed will of God over 2000 years now. If you believe what men say, then what God says is of greater force, and deserves infinitely greater respect. When we refuse to do what God tells us to do we deceive ourselves, and rob ourselves of God’s glory which we are called to inherit as his sons. The church is based on the foundation that we who believe in Jesus are the sons of God as well as Jesus.

Philippians 3:3 says that we are the circumcision who worship God in spirit and have no confidence in doing things according to human ability. Well if not in human ability what other ability then do we have confidence in to do all things. We are to do things the way Christ does them but if we are honest, all our confidence is squarely in our human abilities when we do things. Think for a moment what was the last thing you did just the way Jesus did them when he ministered on earth? Hive knowledge will never allow us to operate on the level of Jesus in ministry, that’s why we have to break with hive knowledge, because it has gone wrong, and there is no heart to moth living.
