As ministers of reconciliation we are not on personal errands, but on life or death mission that has to be credentialed by heaven with witnesses of Christ himself who is with us as the power of God. To sublimate his role in our mission by the traditions of men would be a galactic mistake. That's exactly what we've done largely.

The Kingdom of God comes from within us and we are credentialed by certain specific signs that are to be presented as a witness of the invisible God, the bearers of whose image we are.

Not quite sure when it was that someone got it into their minds that it was ok to reinvent the directive that Jesus in no uncertain terms spelled out as qualifications for those who believe in him, but at some specific time someone did and left that modification as a legacy model for us to then follow.

Jesus gives us his reputation for great works to show forth themselves in us. We have no confidence on what Jesus bequeathed to us of his life and power and glory and kingdom. That’s why we don’t speak them for our ownership so they can in turn own us and work through us.

This just plays into the propensity that we have to want to enshrine things; like Jesus’ ministry works have been enshrined as references to validate our faiths. I believe it’s one of the founding fathers of this country who said each generation will have to shed their own blood to guarantee our liberties so dearly purchased. The price of liberty is eternal vigilance.

We have to make decisions about all three of these components that have resolution in which of the tow lives we pursue, our old lives, or that new life of promise that is Christ Jesus

We can’t keep referring back to what Jesus did to validate our faith, we have to continue doing the same things as proof that his life continues in us today.
If that life continues in us today it cannot do so without his identity in those who would live it. Often times Jesus was thought to be Elijah, or John Baptist come back to life therefore do great works show forth themselves in him. Jesus gives us his reputation for great works to show forth themselves in us. The qualifications are not based on

We can't keep referring back to what Jesus did to validate our faith, we have to continue doing the same things as proof that his life continues in us today. Not only do you have a new life, it comes with a new past to boot. You can’t have two pasts, so choose which one you wan’t. That’s why you need to get there in him so you can have his past instead—That’s why there’s no condemnation in him. The extent to which we experience any condemnation, is the extent to which we have to make that migration complete into the life that Christ offers.

man-made institutions but by the very works showing forth themselves in you because you believe. How many people bear the credentials of renowned world-class institutions and yet no one of Jesus’ works ever visit such person. If you met Jesus and miracles weren’t dripping off him so that you could get healed just by touching him….you didn’t meet Jesus.

We wan’t to walk a game we have not talked, and that’s not possible. Your words create the road for you to walk on, but it requires faith for you to put those words out there for you to walk in. Your words are the bridge where there is no bridge, and the way where there’s no way, as far as the ways of men are concerned. Above and beyond the ways of man are the ways of God and no man goes there, so it remains a desolate heritage for the most part. We have no confidence on what Jesus bequeathed to us of his life and power and glory and kingdom. That’s why we don’t speak them for our ownership so they can in turn own us and work through us.

We not only have to, but need to adopt the Identity of Christ because one of the most deadly foes a believer has is their past. People and circumstances are always there to remind you of that past. God’s remedy for that is the faith of Abraham and his seed. His seed says you’re a brand new creation…your old thing have passed away to rest in peace, and all things are become new in Christ whose life has none of your old past things in it.
